What is the meditation and doing Yoga postures in reality? First of all it has nothing to do with a person’s religion. It opens the spiritual realm joining the self. By practicing meditation and Yoga postures we come closure to our reserved, the most hidden, and the most creative stock of energy. Say by meditating we come closure to our creator. We can feel, we can be conscious about, the creator’s energy. The very feeling energizes us.
Most of us feel that we are collection of three worlds within us: physical, mental, and the most disturbing—emotional world. These three are generally remain in fragmented state. The meditation and Yoga postures done in right manners create the perfectly balanced state of physical, mental, and emotional world.
